Refund and Returns Policy

At Gem x Hue, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund and returns policy ensures a fair process for all customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

   • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Personalized items, gift cards, downloadable products, and clearance items are not eligible for returns.

3. Process for Returns:

   • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges:

   • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Initiate an exchange by contacting us directly.
